Chichester store re-opens after 12 months

Fat Face is re-opening the doors to its new store in East Street today (Saturday, March 24).
It was a sad day almost 12 months ago when Fat Face had to close its store following a fire in the upstairs property. However, Fat Face set to work opening a temporary store in South Street; the ‘pop-up’ store proving to be a huge success.
Toby Bowhill, Fat Face brand director said: “We hope our customers will like what we’ve done with the store. More range to choose from, additional fitting rooms, new fixtures and fittings, better lighting, a beautiful shop fit that complements the architecture and history of the building and a single level on the ground floor, where previously it was split over two. This will provide better wheelchair access and is great news for busy parents with pushchairs. We hope our customers will love the changes as much as we do.”
Fat Face worked hard to respect the history and heritage of 83 East Street, working with the local conservation office. Fat Face CEO Anthony Thompson said: “We are proud to be so closely associated with Chichester.”
